Since 1999, Tina and Isobel have been perfecting their curries, inspired by Tina's travels in India and a treasured hand-written book of recipes from Isobel's grandmother, a cook for a boarding school in the foothills of the Himalayas. Together with a small team in their purpose built kitchen they now produce a range of more than 40 distinctive and delicious curries in their kitchen at Ebbsfleet Farm, near Minster.
All The Chai Stop curries are wheat and gluten free and cooked using extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil from the nearby Quex Park Estate. All our fresh vegetable produce comes from PK Produce in Biddenden who supply the National Trust and a local producer in Sandwich. Winter vegetables from local farms, when available, are used in our favourite winter-warmers such as Leek & Potatoes, Cauliflower & Ginger and Carrot & Curry Leaf.
